Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri dixit is an acclaimed Indian actress who is best recognized for her roles in the films Beta Saajan, Hum Aapke Hain Koun and Beta Saajan. The actress began her career acting in the late 1980s. The actress became popular for the movie Tezaab with the veteran actor Anil Kooor. In the next film, Dil, Aamir Khan appeared as well. In Mumbai, she was raised by middle class parents. At a very young age, she began to study dance. When she was in her early years when she first started to perform as an actress, most of the films she created were not successful. She finally found success, and she became one of the most prominent actors in the Indian film business. The actress took a hiatus from her profession after her wedding before returning to the industry of entertainment. Recenty, she had a major role on the film Gulaab Gang. The film focused on the struggles of women across India. Dixit was nominated for fifteen Filmfare Awards, out of which she took home eight. Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian prize in India is bestowed to her. Social work by her is popular.
