Anne Phung Nguyen

My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my wonderful fiance JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and the majority of my followers are. I post about my daily life, positive and negative. In 1990, my family moved to America. In the age of one quarter I was accepted into my parents. In order to give them a chance at a more successful future, I focused on success and worked hard to achieve it. There was a specific plan for me in life: go to college graduate land a corporate job, get married, buy a house and have kids. The lifestyle I had thought I would have was not what it turned out to be. In 2013, my job as a corporate employee was something I dreaded. Status and money didn't bring me happiness. I thought I wasted my existence to get a pay check. When I began to navigate my way towards a new direction in my career, I found that I was supposed to become an instructor. I loved working out, I liked being around people, and I love helping others. In 2014 I started my own business, and in the year 2021 I will be celebrating my 7th anniversary. It's not common to see an Asian woman in this business. My goal in this industry is to build a more sustainable and healthier life style that is in line with the desires of my customers. It is my aim for me to help others chase their desires and lead the lives they've always wanted. When I began my professional job, the passing of my mom was the most devastating loss to me. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma has ended and she is now in Heaven. Her memory will forever remain in my thoughts and brain. Life's lessons are often hidden from us, but they can be highly beneficial. Her passing has changed my life in many different ways. It is my belief that her death gave me the chance to start an entirely new chapter. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. The time was right to go on into her new chapter, and my chance to live one that was meaningful and enjoyable. The 30's are the only time I really feel I am alive. As I tell my story I hope that my thoughts will resonate with you. It is my wish that my words will make you aware that you're never alone. You have the ability to achieve whatever you want to achieve. I hope that you enjoy the life you want to live and that you die without regrets as death is the only thing that is promised to all of us during our lives.
